WPM operates as both a content producer and a community distributor, combining original production with platforming for independent Vietnamese diaspora creators, structured preservation of cultural heritage, and a dedicated channel for emerging storytellers. Together, these four lanes form a living public media ecosystem for Vietnamese cultural life.

Educational short videos, documentaries, interviews, cultural features, and heritage storytelling initiatives produced in-house and with community collaborators.
Original production is the editorial backbone of WPM. Our programs are commissioned to serve long-term public benefit: cultural literacy, identity development, and historical awareness. We work with directors, editors, oral historians, and subject-matter experts to produce media that documents Vietnamese life thoughtfully, accessibly, and in formats suited to public media distribution.
Promotion and distribution of programming produced by independent Vietnamese diaspora creators, putting their work in front of the audiences it was made for.
For many independent creators, the hard problem is getting their work to the right audience. WPM operates as a community-based distributor: we curate, promote, and diaspora-made programming across our platforms so that creators' work reaches the viewers it was made for, and the broader public it deserves.
Public documentation and archiving of traditional arts, fashion heritage (including áo dài), food, performance traditions, language, and oral histories.
Cultural preservation is where WPM functions most directly as a public archive. We commission and produce programming that records traditions in detail: how a thing is made, why it matters, who carries it forward. This work is intentionally slower-paced and built for rewatchability, intended for teachers, researchers, families, and any future viewer who needs to find it years from now.
Support for next-generation Vietnamese storytellers working across digital media formats via distribution, production, and public relations guidance.
The Emerging Creator Platform is how WPM invests in the future of Vietnamese public media. We work with younger and early-career creators to bring their projects to a larger audience through our distribution channels, with editorial and production guidance where it's useful. Our goal is to widen the pipeline of Vietnamese storytellers visible in the public sphere so the next decade of diaspora media has the people to continue the cultural legacy.
